Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of The Wedding Website Business Blueprint (“the Product”) sold by Lukáš Černý (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating from the Czech Republic. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. The product
The Wedding Website Business Blueprint is a digital information product delivered as a PDF file and accompanying bonus materials. You receive access to the product immediately upon confirmed payment via our platform, Polar.
2. License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business purposes. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others
- Reproduce or republish the content in any form
- Use the product to create a competing information product
- Remove any copyright or ownership notices
One purchase = one user license.
3. Payment
All payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. The purchase price is USD 47, charged as a one-time payment. Polar’s terms of service govern the payment transaction itself.
4. Delivery
The product is delivered digitally via a download link provided immediately after purchase confirmation. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, contact us at cernyl.business@gmail.com.
5. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
6. Disclaimer of results
The product provides educational and informational content. We make no guarantee of specific financial results, income, or business outcomes. Results depend entirely on your own effort, execution, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Any figures mentioned in the product or on this website are illustrative and not promises of typical results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the product is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual property
All content in the product, including text, structure, templates, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of Lukáš Černý. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may also apply.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site or product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
