Refund Policy
We stand behind the product. If you have genuinely followed the system and it has not worked for you, we want to hear from you.
The 14-day policy
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refund requests received after 14 days will not be considered, with no exceptions.
The condition
Because this is a system, not a passive read, we ask that refund requests include evidence that you ran the system. Specifically:
To be eligible for a refund, you must have sent at least 49 cold messages to wedding planners as described in the product, received zero replies, and be able to show us the sent messages or your outreach tracker.
This condition exists for one reason: the system works when it is run. If you followed it and got zero results, that is a genuine failure we want to make right. If you did not run it, a refund is not appropriate — you purchased a system, not a guarantee.
How to request a refund
Email cernyl.business@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with:
- Your order number or the email address used at checkout
- A brief description of what you did and what result you got
- A screenshot or export of your outreach tracker showing the 49 sent messages
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Polar and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
What is not covered
- Requests after 14 days from purchase
- Requests without evidence of running the outreach system
- “I changed my mind” requests without attempting the system
- Requests citing technical issues with the PDF that were not reported to us first
